All prescription and non-prescription meds and vitamins (taken daily and “as needed”)

Except: insulin, growth hormone injections, birth control pills, Accutane Most camps stock drugs such as Tylenol, Advil, Benadryl, etc; you do not need to have 1 Stop Pharmacy dispense those typical items if they are only taken “as needed”. Check with camp to confirm the OTC meds they stock. If your camper takes herbal/specialty vitamins, please contact us to determine if they can be packaged.

1 Stop Pharmacy will individually "dose" track each camper's medication. Each medication packet contains the campers name , dob , name of medications and time of day which it is required to be administered. This only applies to pill form medication , everything else such as inhalers, creams, epipens, and as needed meds are labeled with a pharmacy label.

We follow your billing schedule that you are currently on , we advance your camper the medication and bill once they are due. Your credit card provided will be charged for copays, deductibles and over the counter supplements. 1 Stop pharmacy will always try to apply coupons when available.

Yes , we are no different than your regular pharmacy. Copayments and deductibles are determined by the insurance company.

If your Dr. writes physical prescriptions please upload those on the portal when adding your campers medication and mail the originals to the address above

Please make sure your Dr. submits one prescription for each 30 day stay at camp ( 2 prescriptions for full summer). First session prescriptions should be dated June 20th and second session prescriptions should be dated July 20th. If someone is coming to camp for the full summer please be sure to get TWO SEPARATE prescriptions for camp.

Unless the prescription is written with the words “Brand Name Necessary,” the pharmacy will dispense generic. It is your responsibility to confirm the prescription is written correctly. This applies both for prescription and over the counter medication.

We are a full service pharmacy we accept all forms of insurance and NYS Medicaid

There is no packaging fee or registration fee to use 1 Stop Pharmacy services

The deadline for camper registration is June 1st for 1st session/full summer and July 1st for second session. Anyone who registers after the deadline will incur a $25 late fee and possibly a shipping fee.

1 Stop Pharmacy is a third party provider that is working with your child’s camp to provide medication services. We are not associated with your child's camp .
